We offer free delivery on qualifying orders in Swindon from £14.99, and across the UK mainland, Northern Ireland, and Scottish Highlands & Islands from £45. Orders below these thresholds are charged based on your delivery zone.
Zone 1 — Swindon Same-Day Delivery
Postcodes covered: SN1, SN2, SN3, SN4, SN5, SN6, SN25, SN26
Order before 12:00 PM for same-day delivery (2–8 PM slot). Order after 12:00 PM for next-day.

⚠️ Important Delivery Information
Failed Deliveries
- 1st attempt fails: Carrier will re-attempt next working day (free)
- 2nd attempt fails: Parcel held at nearest pickup point (free, 7-day hold)
- 3rd attempt / uncollected: Redelivery fee of £4.99, OR refund minus £4.99 handling fee
💚 Fair Play Policy: Unlike some competitors, we don't charge £10+ penalties for failed deliveries.
Incorrect Address
Please double-check your delivery address at checkout. If an incorrect address is provided:
- Contact us within 30 minutes of ordering to update
- Once dispatched, redelivery costs are the customer's responsibility
Apartments & Gated Buildings
Our carriers may deliver to the building entrance, reception, or a designated safe place if they cannot access your specific unit. Please:
- Use the tracking link for a 1-hour delivery slot
- Arrange for someone to receive the parcel at your building
- We are not responsible for parcels left in agreed safe places or with neighbours
Perishable & Fresh Items
Fresh fruits, vegetables, dairy, and frozen items are packed in insulated packaging. Please:
- Refrigerate/freeze items within 2 hours of delivery
- Inspect fresh items upon arrival
- Report any quality issues within 24 hours to info@grofie.co.uk
- No returns are accepted for perishable items once delivered

To ensure safe delivery, protect packaging, and keep delivery costs fair for everyone, we apply the following limits per order.

Heavy Item Limits (Rice, Flour, Oil)
For safe handling and to comply with carrier weight limits, we apply the following per-item limits:
