At Grofie, we are committed to getting your order to you as quickly, safely, and reliably as possible. Please read our Shipping Policy carefully so you know what to expect when you place an order with us.

Where We Deliver
Grofie currently delivers to addresses across the United Kingdom, including England, Scotland, Wales, and Northern Ireland. Unfortunately, we are unable to deliver to the Channel Islands, Isle of Man, BFPO addresses, or international destinations at this time.
Customers wishing to place an order for delivery outside the UK should contact us at info@grofie.co.uk to discuss available options.
Order Cut-Off Times & Dispatch
To ensure prompt dispatch, please take note of our daily cut-off times:
• Orders placed before 2:00 pm, Monday to Thursday, will be dispatched the same day
• Orders placed after 2:00 pm on Thursday will be dispatched the following Monday, subject to Saturday delivery availability
• Orders placed on Friday, Saturday, or Sunday will be dispatched on the following Monday
99% of orders placed before the 2:00 pm BST cut-off (Monday to Thursday, excluding UK bank holidays) are dispatched the same working day. Occasionally, delays may occur due to exceptional or unforeseen circumstances.

* Next-day and selected-day delivery options are only available for orders placed before 2:00 pm, Monday to Thursday. Some fresh produce and frozen items are subject to availability.
Fresh, Frozen & Perishable Items
We take extra care with the packaging and dispatch of perishable goods, including fresh produce and frozen items. Please be aware of the following:
• Frozen items are packed with specialist insulated packaging to maintain safe temperatures during transit
• Some fresh fruits, vegetables, and sweets are dispatched subject to availability and seasonal conditions
• Certain leaf vegetables and imported items may not always be available for delivery due to weather conditions in their country of origin
• Where a perishable item cannot be fulfilled, we will notify you and arrange a refund or suitable alternative

Important: Due to the specialist packing required for frozen and perishable goods, additional packaging charges may be reflected in your delivery cost. Price marks on product packaging are not applicable to online orders. |
On Your Delivery Day
Deliveries are made between 8:00 am and 5:00 pm. Our courier will send you a notification with your expected delivery window in advance.
Please ensure that someone is available to receive your order. If you are unable to be present, you may leave specific delivery instructions at checkout. Please note:
• Where delivery instructions are left that do not require a signature (for example, leaving in a safe place or with a neighbour), Grofie cannot accept responsibility for any loss or damage that occurs after delivery
• If you request that goods be left in an unsecured or accessible location, the risk of loss transfers to you upon delivery
• It is your responsibility to contact the courier directly to rearrange delivery if you are unable to receive your parcel
Grofie is not responsible for delays caused by access issues at your property, including closed roads, entry codes, or similar obstacles.
Missed & Uncollected Deliveries
If your parcel cannot be delivered, the courier will typically leave a calling card or send a notification with instructions for rescheduling or collecting your order from a local depot.
• Please contact us within 5 days of your estimated delivery date if you have not received your parcel
• It is your responsibility to follow up with the courier to arrange an alternative delivery date or collection
• Any uncollected parcels returned to Grofie that contain fresh or frozen goods will be inspected before a refund can be considered. Items within the parcel that have been damaged or stained by fresh produce will be excluded from any refund
Out-of-Stock Items & Substitutions
In the unlikely event that an item in your order is out of stock at the time of dispatch, we will take one of the following steps:
• Substitute the item with a smaller pack size or equivalent quantity of a similar brand of comparable quality
• Automatically refund the item if no suitable substitute is available
• Contact you by email if the out-of-stock item represents a significant portion of your order, and agree on how you would like to proceed
Delivery Restrictions & Access
Grofie cannot be held responsible for the following:
• Delivery failures resulting from incorrect or incomplete delivery addresses provided at checkout
• Delays caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including extreme weather, traffic disruption, or carrier delays
• Items that are unavailable for delivery due to weather conditions in the country of origin
• Parcels left in locations specified by the customer that result in loss or damage
International Shipping
At this time, Grofie does not offer standard international shipping. If you are based outside the United Kingdom and would like to discuss a bespoke delivery arrangement, please contact us at info@grofie.co.uk.
Please be aware that for any international orders arranged directly, you will be responsible for any applicable import duties, taxes, and customs charges. Grofie will not be held liable for these costs, and we are unable to make estimates on your behalf.
Order Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking information and a link to follow your delivery in real time. If you do not receive a dispatch confirmation, please check your spam or junk folder before contacting us.
